Yunanistan ve Portekiz’de Hayat Boyu Öğrenme

Abstract

Öğrenme, mevcut bilgi ve beceriler ile kişinin potansiyel seviyesi arasındaki farkındalığı teşvik eder. Bu farkındalık daha olgun, içsel gelişim süreçlerini teşvik eder. İnsanlar öğrenmeye ihtiyaçları olduğunu fark eder ve ayrıca nasıl öğrendiklerinin de farkında olurlar. Bu gerçekleştikçe, daha derin düşünme ve öğrenme gerektiren daha karmaşık öğrenme yöntemlerini denemeleri muhtemeldir. Hayat boyu öğrenmede de aynı şekilde bilgi yoğundur. Eğitim ve ardından iş arasındaki net ayrım yoktur. Bu anlamda hayat boyu öğrenme ve farklı ülkelerin hayat boyu öğrenme gelişimlerinin incelenmesi önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmada, hayat boyu öğrenme kavramına bir genel bir bakış sağlanırken aynı zamanda Yunanistan ve Portekiz ülkelerindeki hayat boyu öğrenme boyutunun incelenmesi amaçlanmış ve bu amaç doğrultusunda literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Buna dayalı olarak Yunanistan ve Portekiz’deki hayat boyu öğrenme gelişimleri tartışılmıştır.
