Abstract
53 yaşında erkek hasta skrotumda büyüyen kitle şikayeti nedeniyle üroloji polikliniğimize başvurdu. Hastanın yapılan fizik muayenesinde skrotumda her iki testisten bağımsız yaklaşık 6-7 cm boyutlarında düzgün sınırlı kitle saptandı. Epidermoid skrotal kistler nadir görülen benign skrotal kitlelerdir.

Abstract
A 53-year-old male patient was admitted to our urology clinic with a complaint of a growing mass in the scrotum. Physical examination of the patient revealed a well-circumscribed mass of approximately 6-7 cm in size, independent of the testicles. Serum tumor markers as laboratory tests and scrotal ultrasonography and scrotal magnetic resonance examinations were performed as radiological imaging. Surgical excision was performed in the patient who was found to have an extratesticular cystic mass. Pathology result was reported as epidermoid cyst. Epidermid scrotal cysts are rare benign scrotal masses.
