ALGILANAN AŞIRI NİTELİKLİLİĞE İKİ YÖNLÜ BAKIŞ: ÇALIŞAN – AMİR DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Örgütlerin
verimliliklerinin sağlanmasında ve varlıklarını devam ettirebilmelerinde işgücü
önemli bir paya sahiptir. Bu öneme binaen çalışanların işe en uygun kişiler
olmaları bu amacın gerçekleşmesinde önemli hale gelmektedir. Çalışanlar işe
uygun kişiler olsalar dahi zamanla kendilerindeki gelişimlerle birlikte daha
nitelikli duruma gelebilmektedirler. Bu durum literatürde aşırı niteliklilik
olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Aşırı niteliklilik algısı ise çalışanların
kendilerinin, yöneticilerinin veya çalışma arkadaşlarının çalışanın
niteliklerini işin gereklerinden fazla olarak algılamaları, çalışanların
gelişim olanaklarının olmadığı yönündeki algısıdır. Bu çalışma ile algılanan
aşırı niteliklilik kavramına kendini nitelikli olarak algılayan kişiler ile
çalışanının aşırı nitelikli olarak algılayan amir açısından bakılmış, kendini
aşırı nitelikli olarak algılayan kişilerin aslında amiri tarafından aşırı
nitelikli olarak görülmediği tespit edilmiştir.
