Finansal Refah Hâli: Dumlupınar Üniversitesi Akademisyenlerine Yönelik Ampirik Bir Araştırma

Year 2015, Issue: 600, 37 - 45, 01.02.2015

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, akademik personelin finansal refah halini ölçmektir. Buna yönelik olarak literatürdeki tartışma ve bulguları esas almanın yanı sıra akademik personelin unvanı, yaşı, cinsiyeti, medeni durumu ve görev yeri değişkenleri de göz önünde bulundurarak hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla Dumlupınar Üniversitesi’nin tüm birimlerinde görev yapan akademik personele yönelik anket uygulanmış ve 246 akademik personelden oluşan bir örneklem büyüklüğüne ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak, aritmetik ortalama, tekyönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Tukey testi ve t testi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Analizlerin sonucunda, çalışmaya katılan akademik personelin finansal refah durumlarından sınırlı düzeyde memnuniyet duydukları bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır
