KÖPEKLERDE DENEYSEL KOKSO-FEMORAL ÇIKIKLARIN MODİFİYE MEİJ-HAZEWINKEL-NAP TEKNİĞİ İLE SAĞALTILMASI

Abstract
Bu
çalışmanın amacı 6 aylık izleme süresi içerisinde, klinik ve radyografik
muayenelerle deneysel kalça çıkığının tedavisinde modifiye Meij-Hazewinkel-Nap
tekniğinin sonuçlarını sunmaktır. Çalışmada 12 adet köpek kullanılmıştır. 6
olguda kalça çıkığı oluşturulduktan sonra hemen modifiye Meij-Hazewinkel-Nap
metodu ile sağaltım uygulanırken, 6 olguda kalça çıkığı oluşturulmuş ve 1 ay
sonra bahsedilen yöntem uygulanmıştır. Olgulardan yalnızca iki adedinde olumsuz
sonuç alınmıştır. Bu olguların gecikmiş vakalar olduğu ve vücut ağırlıklarının
25 kg’ın üzerinde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
Bu çalışma sonrasında modifiye Meij-Hazewinkel-Nap metodu uygulanan
köpeklerde ağırlığı 25kg’ın altında ve yeni oluşmuş vakalarda başarı elde
edilmiştir
