In this study, it was investigated how coronavirus, which is a global epidemic and takes students away from face-to-face education, affects the daily lives of students. In the research, Daily Writing and Interview techniques, which are among qualitative research methods, were used. The group of the research consists of 20 students selected by purposeful sampling method studying at Hatay MKU BESYO Physical Education and Sports Teaching.The data were collected using the method of diary keeping and interviewing. First of all, the students determined by the purposeful sampling method were asked to keep a week diary writing. At the end of a week, the diaries kept by the students were collected by E-mail. Then, a structured interview form consisting of 13 items was prepared and an individual interview was held with the students. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the data. The data summarized and interpreted through descriptive analysis were placed in themes that were coded and created. According to the interviews with the participants and the results obtained from the coding of their own diaries, two themes as “Behavioral Effects” and “Affective Effects” and the following sub-themes were created; "Sleep patterns”, “Nutrition”, “Physical activity”, “Mood". The sleep pattern of male participants varies between 6 and 9 hours and women between 6 and 11 hours. Weight gain was observed as the majority due to the changes in the diet. Men consume sheep’s head and foot soup, fruits, vegetables (vitamins), plenty of water to strengthen their immunity, women, consume fruit, vegetables, orange juice, garlic, yogurt, molasses, meat and dairy products, fish, spinach, pickles, lots of greenery, lemon water with vinegar. It is seen that the duration of the works carried out by lying down and sitting in the quarantine period is slightly longer than the standing activity. In mood, it can be said that there is a great longing for nervousness, stress, anger, boredom of doing the same things and things that can’t be done. It has been observed that women experience slightly more variable moods due to the prevalence of their sensitive and emotional aspects.
