Satıcı dwelling is a unique and original one located in the Çorum city center with its plan typology of an open sofa and one of the rare examples of construction technique which is made of wooden carcass filled with mud-brick on every part of its walls. The documentation of this dwelling carries utmost importance due to its intensive deterioration and danger of collapse. This article is derived from the master thesis completed by the authors. The documentation of the dwelling including the measured drawing and analysis of deterioration and corruptions are summarized, research for restitution, interventional proposals for restoration and new function are submitted.
