The purpose of this study is to determine teachers' opinions related to education auditors’ level of realizing roles in guidance and leadership and management. Within the context of the study, It was investigated whether teachers ‘opinions differ according to seniority, educational level and branch. The sample of the study was composed of 250 teachers who volunteered to fill surveys in Malatya-Doğanşehir during 2012-2013 academic year. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and Anova. According to teachers' opinions, education auditors’ levels of role realization are partly appropriate in guidance and leadership and management. Also, there was found statistically significant differences between the teacher perceptions in terms of faculty, gender, seniority and branch variables.
