The main purpose of this research is to reveal the expectations of the generations named Y and Z from business life, to compare the expectations of these generations and transmit to its executive with the aim of shedding light. In the first part of the research, information about generations is given. In the second part, a research was conducted on the expectations of generation Y with Z generation, which are important for 21st century business life, from business life. The questionnaire form used in the research was applied to the students of Gümüşhane University and the data obtained from the questionnaire was used. Independent groups t test analysis was used in the research. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the Y and Z generations have same expectations from the business life in terms of communication and decision making. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that theY and Z generations have different expectations from the business life in terms of organizational culture, leader, team work, motivation and development.
