Abstract
Technological developments and increasing competition in recent years have affected customer preferences and expectations. Customers want more, faster and at less cost day by day. This situation manifests itself especially in sectors that produce fashion-based products such as garment industry. Product life cycles have shortened and demand has become unstable. As a result, delivering new products to customers faster by using new processes provide a competitive advantage. The aim of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of Product Innovation (PI) and Process Innovation (PRI) in the effect of Agile Manufacturing (AM) on the Sustainability Performance (SUP) in garment industry. On the other hand, the sub-purpose of the study is to reveal the importance of AM and innovation in ensuring sustainability. For this purpose, a questionnaire was created with the help of the literature. The created questionnaire was applied to 125 garment company managers operating in Turkey. The obtained data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). It has been concluded that PI and PRI have mediator effects separately and together in the effect of AM on SUP. Thus, AM increases the SUP of companies, and this increase is more pronounced in companies with PI and PRI capabilities.

Abstract
Son yıllarda meydana gelen teknolojik gelişmeler ve artan rekabet müşteri tercih ve beklentilerini etkilemiştir. Müşteriler her geçen gün daha fazlasını daha hızlı ve daha az maliyetle istemektedir. Bu durum özellikle hazır giyim gibi moda ağırlıklı ürün üreten sektörlerde kendini göstermektedir. Ürünlerin yaşam süreleri kısalmış ve talep kararsızlaşmıştır. Bunun sonucu olarak yeni süreçler kullanarak yeni ürünlerini müşteriye daha hızlı teslim edebilen firmalar rekabet avantajı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı hazır giyim sektöründe Çevik Üretimin (ÇÜ) Sürdürülebilirlik Performansına (SÜP) etkisinde Ürün İnovasyonu (Üİ) ve Süreç İnovasyonunun (Sİ) aracı etkisini analiz etmektir. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın alt amacı sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasında ÇÜ ve inovasyonun önemini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla literatür yardımıyla bir anket oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan anket Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 125 hazır giyim firma yöneticisine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler Partial Least Squares Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (PLS-SEM) ile analiz edilmiştir. ÇÜ’nün SÜP’e etkisinde Üİ ve Sİ’nin ayrı ayrı ve bir arada aracı etkileri olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Buna göre ÇÜ hazır giyim firmalarının SÜP’lerini artırmakta Üİ ve Sİ yetenekleri olan firmalarda bu artış daha fazla gerçekleşmektedir.
