Giant endometriyal polyp is a rare entity which should be kept in mind while dealing with postmenauposal bleeding cases as they can develop spontaneously and can mimic as an endometriyal or a cervical malignancy. Experience in one such case of an extremely rare protruding giant endometriyal polyp in a 56-year-old postmenopausal female is being described herewith so as to create awareness among the dealing clinicians. The approach to the case with hysteroscopic polypectomy is presented by literature review.
