Discrimination judges the individual or restricting members of one group from opportunies and resources by the reason of disability, gender identity, marital status, race, nationally, ethinicity as well as other categories. This situation causes disadvantage the individual’seducation, employment and social life participation. The main purpose of this study is research in the context of discrimination gender inequality in working life. For this reason was used to Turkiye Statistical Institute dataset. Conseguently it is emphasized that discrimanation is a subject of legal as well as social policy and anti-discrimination need to be positive discrimination practices.
