ULTRASONOGRAFİ EŞLİĞİNDE TAKILAN HEMODİYALİZ KATETER UYGULAMASININ AKUT KOMPLİKASYONLARI

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, ultrasonografi eşliğinde takılan geçici hemodiyaliz kateterlerinin akut komplikasyonlarını değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. Çalışma, Haziran 2016- Nisan 2018 tarihleri arasında kliniğimize başvuran akut ya da kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan, hemodiyaliz endikasyonu konulan hastalara takılan geçici hemodiyaliz kateterlerinin, akut komplikasyonlarının değerlendirildiği retrospektif bir araştırmadır. Geçici hemodiyaliz kataterlerin hepsi ultrasonografi eşliğinde kliniğimizdeki katater odasında, nefrologlar tarafından takıldı. Çalışma grubu 111 hastadan oluştu. Veriler SPSS programında değerlendirildi. Çalışma grubunun 51’i (%45.9) erkek, 60’ı (%54.1) kadındı. Çalışma grubunun 68’ine (%61.3) sağ juguler venden, 35’ine (%31.5) sol juguler venden ve 8’ine (%7.2) ise femoral venden geçici hemodiyaliz kateteri takıldı. Çalışmada akut komplikasyon olarak 3 (%2.7) vakada lokal hematom saptandı. Çalışmamızda hiçbir vakada ciddi bir komplikasyona rastlamadık. Bunda komplikasyonların daha sık rastlandığı subklavian damara kateter takılmamış olması ve tüm kateterlerin ultrasonografi eşliğinde takılmasının etkisi olduğu düşünüyoruz. Ultrasonografi eşliğinde takılan kateterler de hem komlikasyon daha az görülmekte hem de kısa sürede takılması nedeni ile işlemi yapan hekime zaman kazandırmaktadır.
