Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma, radyofrekans disk nükleoplastisinin (RFN), intervertebral disk dejenerasyonu ve disk herniasyonu üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır.
Materyal ve Yöntemler: Çalışma, 27 adet erkek Yeni Zelanda Beyaz Tavşanı üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hayvanlar farklı gruplara ayrılmış ve RFN uygulanmıştır. İşlem sırasında sıcaklık, enerji (joule), motor fonksiyonlar ve patolojik değişiklikler kaydedilmiştir.
Bulgular: Joule-Zaman İlişkisi: Saniyeler arttıkça uygulanan gücün arttığı gözlendi.
Sıcaklık-Zaman İlişkisi: Gruplar arasında sıcaklık ölçümleri değerlerinde anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı.
Joule-Sıcaklık İlişkisi: Uygulanan joule değerleri ile sıcaklık değerleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmadı.
Motor-Zaman İlişkisi: Bazı gruplarda motor yanıt ortalama değerlerinde anlamlı farklar bulundu. Özellikle 2. cepçik uygulanan gruplarda uygulanan joule'un artığı ve sonuç olarak motor skor değerinin azaldığı gözlendi.
Patolojik Bulgular: Bazı gruplarda belirgin disk dejenerasyonu ve hafif-orta nöral kayıp gözlendi. Uygulanan joule değerleri ile patoloji skoru arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulundu.
Sıcaklık-Patolojik Skor İlişkisi: Sıcaklık değerleri ile patoloji skoru arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmadı.
Sonuç:Radyofrekans disk nükleoplastisinin intervertebral disk dokusuna etkileri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu yöntem, bel ağrısının tedavisinde etkili bir araç olabileceğini göstermektedir, ancak daha kapsamlı araştırmaya ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Sonuç, uygulanan joule değerinin patolojik değişikliklerle ilişkili olduğunu, ancak sıcaklıkla doğrudan ilişkili olmadığını vurgulamaktadır.
