Abstract
The concept of maximum profit-minimum cost that develops with capitalist thought has led to the disappearance of morality in the business world. This has led entrepreneurs to act with the ambition of over-earning and resort to various ethical violations. However, it can be seen that the entrepreneurs who are distanced from basic ethical values such as truth, honesty and justice for the purpose of gaining more, fail in the long run. At this point, it can be said that the most important solution for the business world is ethical entrepreneurship. In this study, it is aimed to examine the ethical entrepreneurship conceptually. For this purpose, first disclosed ethical and entrepreneurial concepts, being attempted to define ethical entrepreneurial then ethical entrepreneurship in the World and Turkey are examined. Researches show that there is a significant loss of value in the shares of entrepreneurs engaged in unethical activities and this situation causes negative effects on the brand value and market value of enterprises in the medium and long term. Academic studies should be conducted in order to raise awareness about ethical entrepreneurship, and various activities such as training and seminars should be organized in order to raise the ethical awareness of entrepreneurs.
