ZORUNLU ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI KİŞİLERARASI ÇARPIKLIK TUTUMUNU VE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİNİ ETKİLER Mİ? EĞİTİM SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin zorunlu örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının işten ayrılma niyeti ve kişilerarası çarpıklık üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, Ankara’da görev yapan 175 öğretmen ve akademisyenden anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada her bir değişkene ait doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapısal eşitlik model (AMOS) ile yapılmıştır. Değişken¬ler arası ilişkileri ortaya koymak için korelâsyon analizi, hipotezlerin test edilmesi maksadıyla hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerde Zorunlu Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı, işten ayrılma niyeti ve kişilerarası çarpıklık üzerinde önemli etkilere sahiptir. Bu bağlamda, ZÖVD’nin hem kişilerarası çarpıklık hem de işten ayrılma niyeti ile pozitif ilişkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ışığında, öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin etkinliğini ve verimliliğini artırabilmek için eğitim sektörü yöneticilerine de konu ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
