Health tourism is the journey of individuals to different countries for treatment. In different regions of the world, the concept of health tourism has emerged for various reasons. These reasons include increased health care costs, lack of treatment in some countries, increased cooperation between countries, and ease of transportation. In this study this concept in mind, according to the most preferred clinical varieties considering the historical statistics for health tourism in Turkey most and least preferred selection and analysis is made between the two cities. Analytical hierarchy process, analytical network process and DEMATEL methods are used for this selection and analysis. With these methods, the weight of the main criteria, the relations between the main and sub-criteria and the criteria that are more effective than the others have been reached. The aim of this study is to contribute to the sector, the national economy and the literature by determining the reasons why the less preferred city is less preferred by choosing from the weights of the determined criteria and how to make it more preferable.
