Dönüştürücü Liderliğin Örgütsel Çeviklik Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı dönüştürücü liderlik ile örgütsel çeviklik arasındaki ilişkiyi perakende sektörü çalışanları bağlamında incelemektir. Literatüre bakıldığında liderlik kavramına dair pek çok çalışmaya rastlanmakta, örgütsel çeviklik faaliyetlerine ilişkin çalışmaların oldukça sınırlı olduğu görülmektedir. Bu doğrultuda sürekli değişen iş dünyasında örgütlerin ihtiyacı olan çevik yaklaşımın gerçekleşebilmesi için dönüştürücü liderlik özellikleri ile ilişkili olabileceği düşünülmüş ve buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın literatüre katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Vurgulanmak istenen nokta, örgüt içindeki yöneticilerin liderlik özelliklerine dönüştürücü liderlik özelliklerinin de dahil edilmesiyle çevik örgütlere dönüşümünde başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebileceğidir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışma ile çevik bir yapıya geçmeyi planlayan örgütlere de yapılanma süreçlerine dair önerilerle katkı sağlanabileceği düşünülmektedir.
