Abstract
This study aims to present the view of the education and development field in WoS within the framework of bibliometric analysis. The data were taken from the WoS Core Collection database and analyzed with R-based Bibliometrix, VOSviwer, and SciMAT programs. In the study, a total of 309 articles were examined, and the findings have been reported under three main headings: performance analysis, information structure analysis, and motor themes. As a result, the journal with the most publications is the International Journal of Training and Development (28), the most influential discipline is psychology, the most published authors are Nicholas Clarke and Xavier L. Audet (6), and the most cited author is Kurt Kraiger (22), the most published University of Southampton (9) and the country with the highest number of publications were found to be the USA. In addition, while "human resources management" was the engine theme in the first period, "self-efficacy," "firm performance," "antecedent," "stress," "antecedent," and "training" were the engine themes in the next period.
