The aim of this study is to conceptually evaluate
problems they face and the advantages that SMEs will obtain the opportunities
when they use internet while entering foreign markets. In addition, it aims to
bring a forward proposal to those problems. In conclusion, thanks to SMEs may
have some advantages such as communication, promotion, sales development,
searching for markets, reduction of export barriers, reduction of psychological
distance, flexibility of response to market, environmental change, accessing
the customer, entrepreneurial orientation, low cost, rivalry. Moreover, via
internet in international markets SMEs may confront with problems as security,
privacy, legal issues, lack of qualified labour force and technical
infrastructure.
