The aim of this study is to estimate the bankruptcy probabilities of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Manufacturing Industry Sector operating in the BIST100 index and to create a projection for the financial problems that the enterprises may encounter in the future. For this purpose, using the financial data of the companies for the years 2017-2018-2019, bankruptcy probabilities were estimated with the Altman Z Score bankruptcy prediction method. Following the estimation, the reasons for the Z scores received by the enterprises were determined by examining the relevant financial ratios. In the light of these determinations, the financial problems that the enterprises may encounter in the future are predicted. As a result of the analysis, is determined that the companies in the sector have a high probability of future bankruptcy and the possibility of encountering problems such as liquidity, excessive borrowing and high financial costs by publishing advertisements in the sector.
