Abstract
In this study, the concept of value is examined in detail. Value as a concept is discussed from different perspectives, and then related concepts such as attitude, norm, belief, behavior, personality and character the concept of value are discussed together. There are explanations about managerial values, work values and organizational values. A literature review for studies dealing with managerial values in the context of cross-cultural and national culture is included. In addition, studies that deal with managerial values in terms of demographic variables, functional differences and some other organizational variables are also examined. In this direction, the main purpose of this study is to present a detailed examination of the studies that deal with concept of managerial value. In the study, answers were sought to questions about which areas of managerial value studies focused on, which studies were carried out in these areas, and how these areas could be categorized. In the literature, it has been observed that studies examining managerial values with and cross-cultural perspective and studies aimed revealing the dominant managerial values in national culture are more intense. It is thought that the study will provide a detailed perspective to the researchers in the field.
