Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the fear levels of the children of the 4-6 age group of health workers in the Covid-19 process in line with the views of their parents. For this purpose, the thoughts and opinions of health worker parents were taken and the information about the level of fear was analyzed. The study group of the study consists of Kırşehir Training and Research Hospital health workers. The research was built on the case study pattern, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the research, nested single case design, one of the case study types, was used. The research participants were determined by the snowball sampling method, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. After obtaining permission from the relevant institution by the researcher, the parents were determined and interviews were conducted. Afterwards, interviews were conducted with the participants, of whom the interviewees were references. Since the obtained data were duplicated, the study group was left with 18 parents, the study group was left with 18 parents, since there was repetition in the data obtained. The audio recordings and notes obtained as a result of 18 face-to-face interviews were analyzed with the MAXQDA program. According to the results of the research, it has been observed that the children of healthcare workers experience various fears due to their separation from their parents during the Covid-19 process, and each child experiences at least one type of fear.
