OMUZ YARALANMASI GEÇİRMİŞ HENTBOLCULARIN KAYGILARININ İNCELENMESİ: DURUM TESPİTİ

Abstract

Omuz yaralanması geçirmiş hentbolcuların kaygılarını incelenmeyi amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada omuz yaralanması geçirmiş hentbolcuların spora dönüş kaygıları ile ilgili düşünce ve görüşlerini derinlemesine öğrenmek adına nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması (case study) deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada da belirlenen amaca ulaşmak için amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Ölçüt örneklemede önceden belirlenmiş ölçütleri karşılayan (omuz yaralanması geçirmiş, cerrahi müdahale yapılmış, tekrar spor yaşantısına devam edenler) hentbol oyuncularına katılımcı olarak ulaşılmıştır. Bu bilgiler doğrultusunda 10 omuz yaralanması geçirmiş hentbol sporcusu ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde, nitel veri analizi yöntemlerinden içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilen analizinde omuz yaralanması geçirmiş hentbolcuların görüşleri doğrultusunda yaralanmanın psikolojik etkisinin olduğu ifade edilmiştir. Yaralanmayı kaygı ve stres durumlarının etkilediğini vurgulamışlardır.
