Çalışanların Stres Algılarının ve İş Güvencesizliği Düşüncelerinin Örgütlerde Yarattıkları Etkilerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Otomobil firmalarına yedek parça üretimi yapan firmalarda çalışan beyaz yakalıların, çalışma koşullarında yaşadıkları stresin ve iş güvencesizliğinin hem yaptıkları işe olan tutkularını hem de işten ayrılma niyetlerini nasıl etkilediğinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. İş güvencesizliği yaşayan ve stres altındaki çalışanlar, yaptıkları iş ’den memnun olmamakta ve bulundukları örgütten ayrılmak istemektedirler. Örgüt içinde yaşadıkları stres arttırıcı etkenler, hem performanslarını düşürmekte hem de işlerine olan tutkularını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Ancak stresin olmadığı çalışma koşullarında, işlerine tutkuyla bağlı olan çalışanların performansları da olumlu yönde olmaktadır. Çalışma koşullarının stres ’den uzak, huzurlu ve güvenli olması çalışanların performansına da olumlu yönde yansımaktadır. Çalışanların yoğun iş temposunda dahi olsalar stres faktörlerinin etkisi azaltıldığında işlerini tutkuyla yaptıkları sonucuna varılmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklem kitlesini üretim sektöründeki 320 beyaz yakalı çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular IBM SPSS 25 ve AMOS programlarında faktör ve güvenirlilik analizleri yapıldıktan sonra, Araştırma modelinde incelenen değişkenlerin analizleri için, korelasyon analizi; değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi, regresyon analizi; hipotezlerin test edilmesi, sobel testi; aracı değişken etkisinin analizi için yapılmıştır.
