İşletmelerde Uygulanan Kurumsal Çevre Sorumluluğu Faaliyetlerinin Çalışanların Çevreci Davranış Performanslarına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında işletmelerde uygulanan Kurumsal Çevre Sorumluluk faaliyetlerinin çalışanların Çevreci Davranışlarına etkilerini inceleyen ve 2019-2021 yılları arasında yapılan akademik makalelerin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda 9 yabancı ve 2 yerli çalışma olmak üzere 11 çalışmanın yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmaların 10’u nicel ve 1’i de nitel yönteme dayanmaktadır. Kurumsal Çevre Sorumluluğunun Çevreci Davranışlara etkisine yönelik 2019-2021 yılları arasında yapılan çalışmaları inceleyen bu çalışmada en fazla çalışmanın Pakistan’da yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma bulguları içerisinde en dikkat çeken bulgulardan birisi de sektörel bazda yapılan karşılaştırmalar olmuştur. Üretim sektöründe yapılan çalışmalar farklı birçok işkolunu kapsamakta iken hizmet sektöründe sadece konaklama işletmelerine yönelik yapılan çalışmaların ön planda olması dikkat çekicidir. Gelecekte yapılması planlanan çalışmaların sağlık, güvenlik, eğitim, finans gibi hizmet sektöründe yer alan farklı iş kollarında yapılması sayesinde literatüre olumlu katkılarının olacağı tahmin edilmektedir.

The Effect of Corporate Environmental Responsibility Activities Implemented in Businesses on Environmental Behavior Performance of Employees

Abstract

Within the scope of this study, it was conducted to examine the effects of Corporate Environmental Responsibility activities implemented in businesses on the Environmental Behaviors of employees and to examine the academic articles made between 2019-2021. The qualitative research method was used within the scope of the study. The obtained data were analyzed by the content analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that 11 studies, 9 foreign and 2 domestic studies, were carried out. 10 of the studies are based on the quantitative method and 1 is based on the qualitative method. In this study, which examines the studies on the effect of Corporate Environmental Responsibility on Environmental Behaviors between the years 2019-2021, it was determined that most studies were conducted in Pakistan. One of the most striking findings among the findings of the study was the comparisons made on a sectoral basis. While the studies carried out in the production sector cover many different business lines, it is remarkable that the studies carried out only for accommodation enterprises in the service sector are at the forefront. It is estimated that the studies planned to be done in the future will have positive contributions to the literature, thanks to the fact that they are carried out in different business lines in the service sector such as health, security, education, and finance.
