Abstract

İslâm tarihi kaynaklarında Duhâtu’l-Arab (Arab’ın dâhileri) kavramı, genel itibariyle dört kişiyle sınırlandırılmakta ve isim olarak da Muâviye b. Ebû Süfyân, Amr İbnü’l-Âs, Muğîre b. Şu’be ve Ziyâd b. Ebîh zikredilmektedir. Ancak daha detaylı bir inceleme sonucunda bu sayının dört ile sınırlı kalmadığı ve zikredilen kişilerde de rivâyetlere göre değişiklikler olduğu görülmektedir. Bu makalede; “Arab’ın dâhileri kimdir?”, “Bu isimlendirmenin mahiyeti ve kriterleri nelerdir?”, “Bu kişiler, fitne döneminde Hz. Ali’ye karşı nasıl tavır almışlardır? ” gibi soruların cevapları ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır.

Duhâtu’l Arab (Geniuses of Arabs) and Their Positions Against Hazrat Ali

Abstract

The Geniuses of Arabs concept in Islamic History recourses is delimited generally with four people and referred Muawiya b. Abu Sufyan and Amr b. Al-As and Mughira b. Shu’ba and Ziyad b. Abih. But with a detailed analysis it can be seen that the number not limited with only four people and there are many differences in names according to rumours. In this article, we will discuss the answers of following questions: “Who are the geniuses of Arabs?” and “What are the nature and the criterions of naming with genius?” and “How they took a stand against Ali in the term of chaos ?”
