as well as to pave a strong foundation and
give favourable advices for the upcoming studies related to quality and
essence of the utilization of emotional intelligence.  The research was designed

of literature reviews; It could be said as a result of this review that emotional
intelligence is related to variables such as performance, psychologic skills,
other positive factors, physiologic factors and effective sports coaching. Positive
motive and synergy between team caused by the individual enhancement in the
emotional intelligence level will help to convert the negative emotions into
positive emotions. Negative emotions such as anxiety, anger and depression in

Duygusal Zekâ ve Sporcularda Duygusal Zekâ Kullanımı

Year 2019, Volume: 8 Issue: 1, 183 - 200, 30.03.2019
