Covid-19 Pnömonisi Ayırıcı Tanısında Eozinofilik Pnömoni: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Akut solunum yetmezliğine neden olan coronavirus hastalığı 2019 (COVID-19), asemptomatik olabileceği gibi öksürük, nefes darlığı gibi spesifik olmayan semptomlarla da ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Dispne, öksürük, balgam gibi solunum şikayetleri bulunan ve ön tanıda COVID-19 pnömonisi düşünülen hastalarda; viral pnömoni, eozinofilik pnömoni, diffüz alveolar ödem, akut interstisyel pnömoni ve bronşiolitis obliterans organize pnömoni ayırıcı tanıda akla gelmelidir. Bu yazıda ön tanıda COVID-19 pnömonisi düşünülerek yatış verilen ve takibinde akut eozinofilik pnömoni tanısı koyulan bir olgu sunulmuştur.

Acute Eosinophilic Pneumonia in the Differential Diagnosis of Covid-19 Pneumonia: A Case Report

Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), which causes acute respiratory failure, may be asymptomatic or present with non-specific respiratory symptoms such as cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath. Viral pneumonia, eosinophilic pneumonia, diffuse alveolar edema, acute interstitial pneumonia, diffuse alveolar edema, and bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia are considered in the differential diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia. In this article, we present a case who was hospitalized with a preliminary diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia and diagnosed as acute eosinophilic pneumonia in the follow-up.
