Piezogenik Pedal Papüller: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Case Report

Piezogenic pedal papüller, genelde asemptomatik ve deri
renginde , tipik olarak hastalar ayakta

iken belirgin hale gelen, ayakların lateral yüzleri ve
topuklarda ortaya çıkan papüller ve nodüller

ile karakterizedir. Biz 42 yaşında bir kadın hasta sunduk.
Hasta ayak tabanlarında ayakta iken

ortaya çıkan deri renginde ve ağrısız şişlikler ile bize
başvurdu. Tanı klinik olarak konuldu.
Tedavi

olarak koruyucu önerilerde bulunuldu. Olgumuzu nadir görülen
ve ayırıcı tanıda diğer bazı

lezyonlarla karışabildiği
için sunmak istedik.
