Hastanelerde Karbapeneme Dirençli Gram Negatif Bakteri Enfeksiyonlarının Kontrolü

Abstract

Çok ilaca dirençli gram negatif bakteri enfeksiyonları tüm dünyada büyük bir sorun olarak her geçen gün önemini artırmaktadır. Karbapenem dirençli enfeksiyonlarda, tedavi seçenekleri sınırlı kaldığından, mortalite ve morbidite yüksek seyretmektedir. Hastanelerde enfeksiyon kontrol uygulamaları ile karbapenem dirençli mikroorganizmaların yayılımının önlenmesi, bu enfeksiyonların yönetiminde önemli bir basamaktır. Bu makalede, karbapenem dirençli gram negatif bakterilerin kontrolü için hastanelerde alınacak önlemler derlenmiştir.
