YAŞLI VE ENGELLİ HASTALAR İÇİN UZAKTAN TAKİP SİSTEMİ

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan haberleşme teknikleriyle birlikte uzaktan hasta takip ya da teletıp hizmetleri, hastaların hastane dışında izlenmesini olanaklı kılarak, hayatlarını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Özellikle yaşlı ve engelli hastalar için geliştirilen uzaktan takip sistemleri sayesinde sağlık sistemleri, hastane merkezli olmaktan çıkarak, hasta merkezli sağlık hizmetlerine dönüşmektedir. Yeni geliştirilen uzaktan takip sistemlerinin çoğalmasıyla birlikte, sağlık sisteminde karşılaşılmakta olan personel yetersizliği, hastanelerdeki yatak sayısının yetersiz olması ve artan maliyetler gibi sorunların azalması hedeflenmektedir. Bu projede geliştirilen sistem ile hastanın yakınında olan hareket algılayıcı sensör devresi, hastanın belirlenen zaman aralığında, belirli bir süre hareketsiz kalması durumunda ilgili kişi ya da kurumlara cep telefonu aracılığıyla acil durum mesajı yollayarak bilgilendirme yapmakta ve böylece hastaya müdahale zamanını en aza indirgemeyi amaçlamaktadır.
