Abstract
Oosit ve embriyo kriyoprezervasyonu için ovaryan stimülasyon genellikle foliküler fazın başlangıcında başlatılmaktadır. Ancak zamanı kısıtlı olan hasta gruplarında standart over stimülasyonu için menstrüasyonun beklenmesi artık yerini random start protokol denilen menstrüasyondan bağımsız başlanan over stimülasyon protokollerine bırakmaktadır.Bu olgu sunumunda, hastanın erken foliküler fazda ve geç foliküler fazda yapılan ovaryan stimülasyon yanıtları karşılaştırıldı.

Abstract
Ovarian stimulation for oocyte and embryo cryopreservation is usually initiated at the beginning of the follicular phase. However, waiting for menstruation for standard ovarian stimulation in patient groups with limited time now leaves its place to ovarian stimulation protocols that are started independently of menstruation, called random start protocol.In this case report, the ovarian stimulation responses of the patient in the early follicular phase and in the late follicular phase were compared
