Abstract

The concept of economic freedom, refers to the possibility of
individuals to be in economic activities without
restrictive or coercive intervention and  freely
give direction the resources that they possess.
 Economic
freedom determines the structure of the economic system and  may constitute an explanatory factor for
growth and the distribution of income. The
purpose of this paper is to empirically test to the impact of economic freedom
on distribution of income
inequality for the  QECD countries by
using 2015 data and cross-sectional analysis method. According to the empirical
results of the study, it is found that economic freedom has statistically
significant and positive impact on  income
inequality.

Gelir Dağılımı Eşitsizliği ve Ekonomik Özgürlük İlişkisi:OECD Ülkeleri İçin Ampirik Bir Değerlendirme

Year 2017, , 928 - 936, 07.11.2017
https://doi.org/10.21547/jss.329274
