A Qualitative Study on the Reflections of the Covid-19 Outbreak on Airline Companies

Abstract

Gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren havayolu şirketlerinin internet sitelerinde Kovid-19 salgını ile ilgili alınan önlem ve tedbirlerin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren 6 firma incelenmiştir. İncelenen veriler MAXQDA 2020 paket programına aktarılmıştır. Bu süreçte bileşenler oluşturulmuş ve oluşturulan bu bileşenler kodlar yardımıyla düzenlenmiştir.Hava yolu şirketlerinin internet siteleri incelendiğinde kovid -19 salgını ile ilgili uygulamaları, dört ana bileşen altında kodlanmıştır. Bunlar; havalimanında kovid-19 ile ilgili tedbirler, uçuğa biniş esnasında kovid-19 ile ilgili tedbirler, uçak içerisinde kovid-19 ile ilgili tedbirler ve uçaktan inişte kovid-19 ile ilgili tedbirler olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte havalimanında alınan tedbirler bileşenine ait kodlamalar incelendiğinde; otomatik bagaj teslimi, temassız self check in, temassız check in tüm personele koruyucu ekipman sağlanması, personel ile yolcu arasında koruyucu siperlik, ateş ölçümü, dezenfektan, sosyal mesafe ve maske kullanımı gibi önlemlerin hava yolu şirketlerinin internet sitelerinde yer aldığı ortaya konmuştur.
