Yeni Ekonomi ve Toplumsal Sınırlar: Örgütsüz Kapitalizmin Kültürel Örüntüsü

Abstract

Esnek istihdam şartları altında ortaya çıkan sosyal ayrışma hatları ile kültürel yatkınlıklar arasındaki bağlar Bourdieu sonrası literatürde artan oranda incelenmektedir. Söz konusu incelemede kültürel yatkınlık meslek, istihdam piyasası, organizayon yapısı gibi daha geniş nesnel konfigürasyonlar göz önüne alınarak analiz edilmektedir. Bu açıdan bakıldığında kültürel sınırlar daha geniş mülkiyet ilişkilerinin perpsektifinden takip edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada yeni ekonomi ve esnek istihdam koşulları altında kariyer kurmaya çalışan beyaz yakalıların kimlik ve sosyal hudutları inşa süreçlerine odaklanılarak bir sosyal tip tanımlanmaya çalışılmaktadır.
