In this study, coaching professional ethics of the trainers were discussed. Quantitative method was used in the research. The study is a survey research. The population of the research consists of people who have a coaching certificate and athletes licensed in these branches. The sample consisted of 391 trainers and 411 athletes. As a data collection tool, the Professional Ethics Behavior Scale of Trainers developed by Kayır and Özbek (2019) was used. The skewness and kurtosis values of the data were examined. It was observed that the data were not distributed normally and therefore non-parametric tests were used. Mann Whitney U test was used for paired groups and Kruskall-Wallis test for more than two groups. According to the results of the research, trainers and athletes think differently about showing behaviors in accordance with the professional ethics of the trainers. The athletes with higher sports age and higher education level stated that their coaches obey the professional ethics less than the athletes with lower sports age and lower education level. Female trainers stated that they comply with professional ethics more than male trainers.
