İŞ VE KİŞİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN ÇALIŞAN GİRİŞİMCİLİĞİ YÖNELİMİNE ETKİSİNDE KONTROL MEKANİZMALARININ ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, iş
özelliklerinden iş karmaşıklığı (İŞK) özelliğinin ve kişilik özelliklerinden iş
kontrol odağının (İKO) çalışan girişimciliği yönelimine (ÇGY) etkisinde kontrol
mekanizmalarından kurum içindeki insan kaynakları yönetim kontrol (İKYK)
mekanizmalarının ve bireysel kontrolün (BK) rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Niceliksel
araştırma yöntemlerinin desteğiyle, araştırmaya dahil olan 305 kişinin anket cevapları
dikkate alındığında, özellikle iş kontrol odağı (İKO) değişkeninin çalışan
girişimciliği yöneliminde (ÇGY) anlamlı farklar oluşturduğu, İKYK ve BK şartlı (moderatör)
değişkenlerinin seviyelerine bağlı olarak etkide farklılaşmalar tespit
edilmiştir.
