ÖRGÜTSEL SİNİZM VE İŞ DOYUMU İLİŞKİSİ: BANKA ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın
amacı özel bankalarda ve devlet bankalarında çalışan bireylerin örgütsel sinizm
ve iş tatmini algılarını farklı değişkenler açısından incelemektir.
Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda 278 banka çalışanı çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.
Katılımcıların %43,9’u kadın (n=122), %56,1’i ise erkektir (n=156).
Katılımcıların büyük bir oranı bankalarda gişe görevlisi, müşteri temsilcisi ve
yönetici olarak çalışmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda, demografik
bilgi formu, Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Sinizm Ölçeği
kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada F testi, t testi ve Pearson korelasyon analizi
kullanılarak veriler analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre,
katılımcıların örgütsel sinizm algıları düşük, genel iş tatmini algıları ise
orta düzeyde bulunmaktadır. Cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, banka türü, mesleki kıdem
ve aylık gelir değişkenlerinin banka çalışanlarının örgütsel sinizm ve iş
tatmini algıları üzerinde etkili olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Banka çalışanlarının
örgütsel sinizm algısı arttıkça iş tatmini algılarının azaldığı belirlenmiştir.
Elde edilen sonuçlara göre hem araştırmacılara hem de uygulayıcılara yönelik
birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
