Abstract
When the literature related to Industry 4.0 is examined, it is seen that the subject has been handled primarily in terms of technology and then in terms of human resources. In this study, the changes that will arise in working life will be discussed especially in terms of social security system. For this purpose, the concept of industry 4.0 will be mentioned first. Then, the changes caused by this process in working life will be evaluated. Here, the qualitative and quantitative changes of labor, the development of the gig economy and the aging of the population will be discussed. In the last section, the effects of the developments on the social security system will be discussed and solutions will be proposed.
