Meslek Liselerinde Çalışan Öğretmenlerin Örgüt Kültürü ve Değişime İlişkin Görüşlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Soyut bir kavram olan kültür, örgütlerin davranış biçimlerinde
somutlaşmaktadır. Kaçınılmaz olarak tanımlanan değişim, konu örgüt kültürüne
geldiğinde dirençle karşılaşabilmektedir. Dolayısıyla, örgütün davranış
biçiminde yansımaları görülen örgüt kültürünün istenen yönde değişimini sağlama
noktasında örgüt üyelerinin örgütsel değişime ilişkin algılarının incelenmesi
önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı meslek liselerinde çalışan
öğretmenlerin örgüt kültürüne ve değişime ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesidir.
Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme
formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2017-2018
eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ilindeki meslekî ve teknik Anadolu liselerinde
çalışmakta olan 18 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örgütsel kültürün kaynağı olarak
iletişim ve aidiyetin ön plana çıktığı görülürken örgüt kültüründe öncelikli
olarak değişime gidilmesi gereken alanların başında iletişim ve karara
katılımın geldiği görülmektedir. Bunlarla birlikte, örgüt kültürünün
değişiminin önündeki başlıca engellerin değişime karşı çıkma ve örgüt
üyelerinin alışkanlıklarından vaz geçmemesi olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
