Abstract
Ruminantlarda vaginada
mezenkimal kökenli malign tümörler oldukça nadirdir. Genellikle genç
hayvanlarda görülür. Belirli bir ırk yatkınlığı rapor edilmemiş olsa da holstein
ırkı ineklerde görüldüğüne dair raporlar mevcuttur. Bu olguda 3 yaşlı holstein
ırkı bir inekte vaginanın dorsal duvarından alınan kitlenin makroskobik ve
histopatolojik incelemesi sonucunda vaginal fibrosarkom tanısı konulmuştur.

Abstract
Vaginal malignant tumors of mesenchymal origin are rare in ruminants and it is usually seen in young
animals. Although it is not known a certain breed predisposition, there are some reports about occurred in
Holstein cows. In this case, the mass taken from the dorsal wall of the vagina was diagnosed as vaginal
fibrosarcoma by macroscopic and histopathological examination in a 3 years old Holstein breed cow.
