Regarding the social policies applied by the goverment
for women, in this study, the relationship between the awareness of the public,
their attitudes towards the government and the sufficiency of these applied
policies were investigated. A scale was used to determine the public perceptions
and attitudes towards the social policy applications. The mentioned scale was
obtained from related literature and theoretical framework.
The SPSS 22 program was
used for the evaluation of data which was obtained from 382 participants who
are residing in the city center of Burdur. The correlation and regression
analyzes were performed. The results indicated that as the level of public
awareness increased the applied social policies were found to be sufficient by
them and also an increasing in terms of positive attitudes towards government
was observed. However, no relationship was found between the perception for the
sufficiency of the social policy applied to women and attitude towards the
government.

kadınlara yönelik uyguladığı sosyal politikalara dair; halkın farkındalık
durumları, uygulanan bu politikaları yeterli bulma durumları ve devlete olan
tutumları arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada sosyal politika
uygulamalarına yönelik halkın algı ve tutumları belirlemeye yönelik ölçek
kullanılmıştır. Söz konusu ölçek ise; ilgili literatür ve kuramsal çerçeve
taranarak oluşturulmuştur.
