Abstract
Especially until nowadays from in the 1980s, with the effect of the globalization phenomenon, there has been a significant change and transformation in global health policies and practices. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of international actors such as World Health Organization, World Bank and International Monetary Fund on global health policies and practices. Within the scope of the study, the approach of the World Health Organization in terms of health politics was taken up in a chronological context. In addition, a description has been made about the activities for health policies of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. The study has shown that these international actors have a significant influence in shaping and implementing health policies. At the same time, various results have been reached, such as the core of policies of these institutions have changed over time.
