Abstract
The primary objective of clustering analysis, which is one of the multivariate analysis techniques, is to present the summary information to the researcher by grouping the ungrouped data according to their similarities. In this study, located in 81 provinces of Turkey, 22 are classified in terms of health variables. Turkey's health indicators are divided into regions in terms of determining the province in this region is also the main objective of the study was to evaluate the performance of these regions. From this point of view, 81 provinces are divided into clusters according to health structures. These clusters were then ranked from the best to the worst by the MULTIMOORA method, which is one of the Multi Criteria Decision Making methods. In this way, clusters obtained as a result of analysis are supported by this method and the reliability of the study has increased
