Etkin Bir Girişimcilik Eğitim İçeriği Tartışması: Akademisyenler, Girişimciler Ve Öğrenciler Üzerinde Saha Araştırmaları

Abstract

Girişimciliğin önemsendiği,
girişimcinin oldukça desteklendiği ve teşvik edildiği günümüzde, girişimcilik
eğitimi ve içeriği üzerinde bilimsel olarak çalışılması gereken bir konu haline
gelmiştir. Bu gerek üzerine yapılan bu çalışmada girişimcilik eğitim içeriğinin
mevcut durumda hangi konular üzerinde yoğunlaşması gerektiği hem girişimciler,
hem bu dersi veren öğretim elemanları hem de bu dersi alan lisans öğrencileri
üzerinde gerçekleştirilen 3 araştırma ile ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Anket
ve mülakat yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı araştırmada TUBİTAK 1601 Yenilik ve
Girişimcilik Alanlarında Kapasite Artırılmasına Yönelik Destek Programı
kapsamında ele alınan ders modülleri 3 farklı örneklem açısından
değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın genel bulgularına göre öğretim elemanları;
yaratıcı ve yenilikçi fikir oluşturma ve girişimciliğin temelleri konularına,
girişimciler; kendini iyi ifade edebilme/etkili sunum, teknoloji ve hukuk konularına,
öğrenciler ise; mentorlük uygulaması, etkili sunum teknikleri, yaratıcı ve
yenilikçi fikir üretimi ve iş planı geliştirme konularına önem göstermektedir.
