Abstract
Bu çalışma, Lice (Diyarbakır) yöresinin makromantar çeşitliliğini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. 2009–2010 yıllarında toplanan örnekler üzerinde yapılan makroskobik ve mikroskobik incelemeler sonucunda Leotiomycetes, Pezizomycetes ve Agaricomycetes sınıflarına ait 5 ordo ve 20 familya içerisinde dağılım gösteren toplam 55 makrofungus taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden Conocybe juniana (Velen.) Hauskn. & Svrček Türkiye mikobiyotası için yeni kayıttır.
