In this research, in order to
identify, protect and turn into economic added value of our country's gene
resources; to obtain single spores from four selected Hericium erinaceus samples, to hybridize and to determine mycelial
growth rates of hybrid strains and to transfer them to commercial culturing
studies was aimed. In the first stage, 230 single spore isolates were obtained
by germinating spores from four H.
erinaceus samples. In the second stage, the development of 52 hybrid
strains were achieved by mating of these isolates. In the last stage of our
study, these hybrid strains were transferred in the compost and their
efficiencies were determined over the compost winding times, pin formation
times and the amount of product obtained. All experiments were performed in ten
replicates and as a result 11 biologically productive hybrid strains were
obtained.

Bu araştırmada, ülkemize ait gen kaynaklarının belirlenmesi, korunması
ve ekonomik katma değere dönüşebilmesi amacıyla; seçilen dört Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.
makrofungusundan tek spor izolatlarının elde edilmesi, melezlenmesi ve oluşan
melez bireylerin misel gelişim hızlarının saptanarak ticari olarak kültüre alma
çalışmalarına aktarılması hedeflenmiştir. İlk aşamada dört H. erinaceus örneğinden alınan sporların çimlendirilmesi sonucu 230
tek spor izolatı elde edilmiştir. Bu izolatların karşılıklı ekimi ile
gerçekleşen ikinci aşamada ise 52 adet melez bireyin gelişimi sağlanmıştır.
Çalışmamızın son aşamasında bu melez bireyler kompost ortamına aktarılarak
kompostu sarma süreleri, pin oluşum süreleri ve elde edilen ürün miktarı
üzerinden verimlilikleri belirlenmiştir. Tüm denemeler on tekrarlı olarak
yapılmış ve sonuçta 11 adet biyolojik verimliliği yüksek melez birey elde
edilmiştir.

The works submitted to our journals are first judged grammatically. After this phase, articles are sent two reviewers. If necessary, the third reviewer is assessed. In the publication of works, a decision is made by evaluating the level of contribution to science and readers within the criteria specified in the writing rules. Reviewers are requested to submit their assessments within 30 days at the latest. The reviewers' evaluations and the answers to these evaluations are reviewed by the editor and it is decided whether the work will be published or not.
