Abstract

Bu çalışma ile Türkiye sınırları içindeki tüm illerin en az maliyetle birbirleri ile bağlantılarının
sağlanacağı bir model geliştirilmesi ve sonucun bilgisayarla elde edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Burada, her
ilin en az bir başka il ile bağlantısının olması ve tüm bağlantı yollarının toplam mesafesinin minimum
olması istenmektedir.
