ÖRGÜT İÇİ UYUM İLE ÇALIŞANLARIN PSİKOLOJİK GÜÇLENDİRME ALGILARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE YÖNETİCİYE GÜVENİN MODERATÖR ROLÜ

Abstract

Örgüt yapılarının çeşitlendiği ve karmaşıklaştığı, insan iletişiminin ön plana çıktığı, maddi ödüller kadar çalışanların psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının da önemsendiği günümüzde, güven algısı önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu kavramların önemi dolayısıyla örgüt içi uyum ve güvenin bir arada ve etkileşim halinde olmalarının, çalışanların kendilerini psikolojik açıdan daha güçlü hissetmelerini olumlu yönde etkileyeceği düşünülebilir. Hemşireler üzerinde yapılan bu araştırmada, örgüt içi uyum ve yöneticiye güven algısının etkileşiminin psikolojik güçlendirme algısını ne yönde değiştireceğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Belirlenen hipotezlerin test edilmesi amacıyla yürütülen çalışmanın sonuçları, hiyerarşik regresyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Örgüt içi uyumun; çalışanların psikolojik güçlendirme algısını artırdığı ancak, yöneticiye güven algısıyla etkileşimi durumunda bu iki değişkenin etkileşiminin psikolojik güçlendirme algısına etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

The trust perception is an important issue in nowadays which the structure of organization diversified and complicated, the human communication came into prominence, cared about psychological needs of employees as much as financial rewards. Because of the importance of these concepts, it can be thought that, an interaction of the consistency and the trust, and their being together affect positively feeling of employees more powerful psychologically. It is aimed to determine on this study which is conducted on nurses, how will the interaction between consistency and the perception of trust in manager change psychological empowerment. The results of the study which is conducted for the aim of testing to determined hypothesis has evaluated by hierarchical regression analysis. It is suggested that consistency affect positively to psychological empowerment, but the interaction between consistency and trust in manager has not effect on psychological empowerment.
